I work with RWS Consulting on a regular basis. Sometimes they are developing a website for my clients, sometimes I’m writing the contents of a website for one of their clients. In either case, RWS Consulting is an experienced, professional business whose focus is on the customer. Working with RWS Consulting is a discovery process – there is a sincere effort to learn about the audience who will be viewing the site and what is the intended result of the new website. As a marketing professional, I don’t often see that in this business. It’s a holistic approach that is aimed toward helping the client get more business from the website. Even after RWS has developed the website and it’s up and running, their service remains high. Hosting the site, backing the site up regularly and performing maintenance as needed are a given with RWS. I highly recommend their expertise.
