Working with RWS was (and still is) a pleasure. This is coming from a former ad agency owner (me) who has high standards when it comes to web design, user interface, and functionality! Roberta and Steve listened to what I wanted and came through with a product that not only matched my hopes but included innovations I would not have considered. RWS was responsive and on-time throughout the project. (If anything, I held things up.) When it came to teaching the content management system (WordPress), they made it incredibly easy for me. Today when I have questions, long after the project has been completed, they are quick to respond and provide support. I often hear from clients and even competitors how much they like the site. I’ve been involved in many, many website creations over the years and this was without a doubt one of the smoothest journeys.
